We believe that Welcome Home Adult Day Care and Young Adult Center offers essential senior care services, providing a continuum of health care that serves as a viable alternative to institutional programs or more expensive in-home services. Our center also features structured activities for seniors and young adult care, ensuring a supportive environment for all.
To enable disabled and moderately impaired seniors and young adults to remain in the home with their families while utilizing senior care services and participating in structured activities for seniors, thus maintaining their independence to the best of their abilities.
We understand that providing senior care services for an elderly adult, who needs attention 24 hours a day, can be challenging for many families. Our goal is to offer relief and a safe, stimulating alternative to institutional care or expensive in-home services. We provide care during the day, allowing our clients to return home and enjoy family time in the evening.
Our services include healthcare monitoring by nursing staff, structured activities for seniors, social time, hot and balanced meals daily, and exercise groups and walking clubs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to young adult care as well.
Finding a reliable place for your 18 or older young adult to go during the day can be a difficult task for any parent, especially those with children with special needs. Welcome Home offers young adult care that provides a safe and nurturing environment where young adults can engage in fun daily activities and socialization. Celebrating holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas Eve & Day can be an excellent opportunity for senior care services to organize structured activities for seniors, while also engaging young adult care to ensure a festive atmosphere for all.
We close whenever Moore Public Schools are closed. Families are notified by text about our senior care services, which include structured activities for seniors and options for young adult care.
